Sustainability is an important part of building a good work force, says dave elman. The younger generation have shown that they will vote with their feet when it comes to finding new jobs and making sustainable choices in their life where possible. We're also seeing movement towards providing tools and processes and standards to help address some of these things. So i think we've got some positive momentum going that we need to continued to keep an eye on.
