Sometimes stuckness is your going, but then you you're kind of stuck in the going, in the moving. I do not know one person who's in go mot all the time who isn't terrified of what's waiting for them if they slow down even a beat. Procrastination and immobility is a state of frieze. So we have to figure out, what are you afraid will happen? What's coming to eat you? If youre going too fast, that's your brains stuck in flight. Let's make it ok that you slow down, otherwise you won't.
It's never fun to feel as if you're stuck. But there might be some advantages to getting stuck that you may not see, especially when you're actually in that state.
