Using Loaded Stretching Stimulus in the Workouts

The lower body seems to respond really well to longer muscle links. So stretching loaded stretching stuff can be good for there. One of the things like people can really look forward to that I want to deliver is helping people understand when you're doing a motion, what has the best leverage at specific joint angles. We haven't even come out with a name yet because there's so many like barbell high-purchase fee names and I don't want to be that.
