You Can't Be Creative Without a Crisis

My kids are being raised, not by any academic structure, but on the principle of exploration and learning through experiential contact. You can't be creative in a crisis if you don't have the skill of being creative without a crisis. That's why there's no art and music class. I mean, you can't raise slaves if they can use their imagination. My kids are like one day they'll be like, i really wish i had a bike. And the next day somebody calls and says, i have this bike. So my point is that we all need to make creativity a practice in our life or we don't have it when we need it.
