The Importance of Sleep
I am the biggest believer in like I'm a whole different person when I haven't slept properly and I just know it's not something I can compromise. It changes my how I get ill it changes like absolutely everything but even like my overthinking reflex is like completely different when I haven’t had sleep. When you think about getting enough hours sleep and night versus like Okay, it might be working in those hours instead - that was actually less good self-control for me personally. Trusting the process less and having to spend more time working that's not actually productive.
