It's essentially this. It's called the five % rule. 5% of your projects end up having a tail wind, ere they end up having momentum. I find towentand people both like move through ideas with velocity. Awhile we didn't have like a mission on the team, and we were just doing work and getting paid. Now it's like a, look, uys, like we have these silos of the company, and the end goal is one day to be a product company. If we're a product company, then we work on our own stuff, and that's the goal.
