John Herman is the co-founder and CEO of Australian tech company, humankind. He wanted to create a not-for-profit summit where people could learn from each other. The idea came when he was DJing at a party for Silicon Valley mates in San Francisco. His friend Matt Mullenweg founded WordPress which hosts 60% of all content on the internet.
