Can We Do Central Banking More Generally Than Just the Fed?
I don't believe the Fed contributes to a significant degree to M2. Can we do central banking more generally than just the Fed? Because my concern here is that if we just zero in on the American experiment over the past 100 years with the Fed, that we might be looking at an anomaly of some sort. So it's very context dependent.
