How to Find a Young Farm Operator

In many cases, I've heard that story too many times, is that the current land operator farm manager is either close to retirement or not going to change anytime soon. How do you find a younger person? We have a lot of young people that did some courses in training, but are not used to operate. So there's a huge need for really experienced, I could name probably 10 farms where they could go to work tomorrow and know how to do large scale transitions. Education training, schooling, farmer focused. Farmer trainers have farmers training other farmers. And then the third one would probably be a seed fund for agri-tech startups.
