Are You in a Turnaround or a Startup?

I was involved in a toxic toxic learning environment. We didn't treat each other right it was a balcony is culture I mean you have the teachers over here that only worked with each other they didn't care about what was going on over there. Everybody only cared about what happened in their four walls and everything outside of it didn't matter. That drove me to say wait wait this is wrong and I've made me want to be a principal so if you're a teacher out there I want you to do what's called a school environmental scan.
