Agile - I'm Going to Throw Up My Hands
I haven't really experienced it throwing up the hands over scheduling so much. Everyone produces an estimate whether they want to or not. But where I have heard throw up the hands argument, quite a lot is all the requirements are always changing. So we shouldn't gather requirements. The requirements we have should be treated as malleable jello and that drives me crazy.
