The three-photo microscope is going to be really useful in that regard. It's just a sweet spot for the classrooms. I think fundamentally, we don't understand how the brain works. We need people working on how do vesicles get across a synapse and fuse into the membrane. And all the way up at the other end of this spectrum, we need to understand how brain regions interact.
