Garrett: The way the FBI handles these sorts of things, because of the way that they are calling people domestic terrorists, there is a big, wide and almost unlimited justification for using SWAT when a knock on the door may have been appropriate. We talked about this last night with you guys as well but I'm going to share it with you again today. It's being used since the 90s and probably before that in some form or another. Garrett: When you want to get somebody into custody...you catch them when they are unawares and when they are at their worst. Those considerations are also part of what we're talking about here tonight.
