The best place to find a helping hand is at the end of your own arm. We can learn to build more trust both in our relationships with ourselves and in our trust with life or the spiritual. Trust can be built by practicing self-compassion, developing a gratitude journal instead of just noticing how the OCD takes away from each day. Every time that you do an exposure, you're actually building your ability to trust. Each time you leave a rumination uncompleted and come back to the present, you're developing that trust again.
