The Importance of Empathy

Empathy is just understanding without judgment why somebody is the way that they are. I try to extend unconditional love and empathy to every single person regardless of anything that that they've done however I still allow myself to have personal boundaries. "I can be empathetic to the man who sexually assaulted me but I can never let that man near me ever again or forgive it too"
