Deals two through five often ends up being B side or even private as nobody wants to lend to somebody who still has the same income they did when they just qualified for their first deal. And then eventually you get to a scale where banks do want to start looking at you because you have this stability. They've realized that you are in the business of real estate, you're a professional landlord and that's compelling to a lot of lenders.
