The Power of Mindfulness
Mindfulness is that coming face to face with what's in front of us, without greed, without hatred, without delusion. We need to check as we're being aware as we're knowing and recognizing diffrent experiences, are we being mindful or not? You know, what's going on in the mind? What's the attitude in the mind towards the experience? When we can drop into that place of mindfulness, which is a place of acceptance, non resistance, non grasping, then it's a great relaxation. It's as if we relax into the body, just opening to what's ever there - pleasant or unpleasant.
