Navigating Spiritual Awakenings

On the heels of his epic visit to The Life Stylist studio (episode drops Christmas Eve day), I recently checked in with my friend Aaron Abke on his platform, 4D University.

In this conversation, I riff on my “top three tips” for spiritual awakening: surrender, keeping holy company, and minding the mind.

I talk about how surrender keeps me humble and right-sized in this life where so much is out of our control; how hanging out with spiritually-evolved beings helps keep the ego in check; and how it’s essential to not let the mind overstep the bounds of its usefulness.

These three have served me well on my spiritual path. Rocky as it sometimes gets, the trajectory just keeps rising. I’m incredibly blessed to share what’s worked for me in hopes that others can stay the course and enjoy the ride all the more.
