Is There a Benefit to Intermittent Fasting?

For me, it's to get that focus. To doing things like learning about the Bulletproof diet or learning about intermittent fasting and how it can work for you. A little low dose of stress is actually really good for our brain and our physiology. And so I'm sure there's other reasons that I can't remember but those are what stand up to me and that's why I continue to do it.
