Nick Bear: I think branding is hugely important and becomes even more important in a hyper connected age where the barriers of people finding you can go down materially. If you have a strong personal brand, it'll make companies pay more for you to have that sort of halo effect around who they have at their company. So there's tons of value for people thinking about that personal brand. But how do you manage people's perceptions of a brand? It's almost like the problem where like not, you know, when I'm picking up on your brain fart!
