Most time the high copper is reserved for those that are on the birth control pill. Copper and estrogen have an affinity for each other, so if one increases, the other also can. The copper IED will always cause copper toxicity because it's clearly unbound and in excess. It took me a while to get my period but it was like not to the last few years that I felt like something was wrong with me.
