The Circadian Seasonal Rhythm in Sweden

In Sweden, the sun only shines for four hours a day in winter and then it shines into 10 p.m. in summer. Is it like that where you're at or is it more of a kind of lower continental sort of regular rhythm? Yeah, it is pretty regular. Like we do have this thing here where they, when summer comes like they put the clock back in our so that the hours change but apart from that I would say it's pretty normal.
