I think that sometimes dissociation and social anxiety are more like secondary reactions. It's not necessarily the threat of the social situation that causes us problems. So if we can find a way to reduce the intensity enough for you to write out that initial rush of anxiety or dissociation, we might be able to see some progress in sticking with social activities rather than avoiding them. I appreciate that you're still trying to find ways to make progress despite having some limited success so far. But yeah, that's kind of what I have to say here as well. I think that it's a really, really great question."
