How to Increase Your Sweat Rate

Your sweat is made up of like very broadly speaking, water, sodium, potassium and chloride. And then everyone has different sweat rates. You can estimate your sweat rate by weighing yourself naked before you go for an hour long run or ride. The idea is that you can go run or ride for an hour or go to the bathroom. Come back in, towel off and then weigh yourself again.
