What's the Implication of Not Having Fun as a Coach?

Andi wanted to throw that out there for people to sort of think about. And i came up in a couple of comments people making. What's the roll in us having more fun and feeling like we're achieving something? I really, quite explicitly, try to be do a constraint l approach where my job is to shape the discussion,. But at the same time, as we negotiate what our roll is in that space. That roll is never the same two days running. And i think that makes my job much more interesting, because it means it even if i run the same position twice, it never runs the same way twice. So i'm just kind of wondering whether things this way create
