A non-anxious leader is able to discern when negative thoughts are worth heating, perhaps it's something that actually needs to be addressed. Non-anxious Leaders are willing and able to embrace discomfort. Being comfortable with being uncomfortable means eliminating a what-if mindset. This type of thinking is equivalent to getting under that tabletop and shaking a leg or two.
