How to Execute on a Growth Plan at CTC
We're going to talk about the three P's system. Plot pivot, profit and strategy are what we use at CTC. The idea of plotting assumes a pre existing expectation on a map. And so that's no different in our e-commerce business. We don't plot where we are daily, we can wake up weeks later and significantly off course. So one step is every day I plot my position; I want to do this across as many different indicators as possible.
