The Second Amendment and the Third Party Doctrine

There's a lot of laws that both from an optics perspective and just legally speaking, I mean, there's like, you know, arms is a very specific type of arm. And so all my local ordinances that tell me I can only have a fence that's five feet high and then it's made of specific type of wood are unconstitutional. Now when it comes to the Fourth Amendment right now, this current court appears very hostile, or at least some of the judges appear very hostile to the Third Party Doctrine. It can it can be a sticky situation.
