i think the japanese have their conception of the nation, which is pretty er. There's not a lot of inclusion going on then. And there are many countries around the world that think about it in that way too. Equally, there are more imperial countries, or countries that have a history of imperialism, like britain and russia. In the uk, it seems to me, its not about your skin color or your ethnicity.
