The Integrity Council for Voluntary Carbon Markets

The Integrity Council was established in September of last year to carry forward the work of Mark Carney's Task Force on Scaling the Voluntary Carbon Markets. The latest IPCC report basically said it's now or never if we want to hold the temperature rise to only 1.5 degrees Celsius over pre-industrial levels. And sharp rise in energy prices and the Russian invasion of Ukraine make international cooperation on climate change seem more difficult than ever.
