Is a Technologically Empowered China More Effective?
Change is coming at us more rapidly than ever, because technology curns at such an exponential rate. It does raise the question of whether a technologically empowerd china suddenly has more advantages. And so you do wonder if the chinese government will be more effective in instilling what they consider patriotic values into the population and di disfranchise the technology companies that are increasingly dangerous to china. I think the big threat is not the us or china to each other; it's tech companies to the sovereignty of governments. That's a very different geo political order to think about.
