Failure Is Good as a Coach
I'd love to jump in real fast with the failure. I'm wondering about as a younger coach and then as some one more seasoned. And if you look at failure differently now than you did when you were just starting out, why is failure good? Failure is good when you can up to and not make excuses to why you failed. For instance, i failed with the boston seltics. SoCoachand or so we have the understand that exis nos an strategy and understanding people. So sense those would be, that would be second perfect coach.
