You have to be ok with letting go and seeing it thrive without your day to day contact with it. If we grip on too tightly, it needs room to flag. Most of my ounchpernereal friends all agree that letting others operate their business is ended of being the best things for them. Not only for their time management, but for their ability to stay fresh and creative. Because if you have the mind that's capable of burthing a business and movement, your talent is in ideas, and that shouldn't be stopped. In order to build a team big enough to spend your days being a visionary, you need to master a craft and teach it to others.
