Closing Libraries - Is There a Way to Contribute?

Some of these libraries still have open issues and they have unreviewed PRs. I'm sure that there is documentation that can be written for a lot of these things. A thing that's fairly important to me is a unified build process. So I've set up a system for deploying to closures from from Circle CI. And I haven't done that for all of them, but that's some work that's need to be done on some of them.
