i feel like a lot of the media around this particular cases kind of an exercise and extreme point missing. It's both an over reaction tosome things that are outrageous, but are in no way new. This is not considered to be a violation of the fourth amendment because a search within a reasonable distance of the border is considered a reasonable search.
