Investment industry is one of the most important industries in society, because it channel savings into investments that create economic growth and prosperity. The investment industry therefore attracts top quartile smart people in any society, anywhere in the world. And when those people show up, the tools of the trade on a lot of what they do are o best late twentieth century. So if we ourselves can get all of that to be in the 20 first century, that will create enormous value for our shareholders.
