Taxes on Individuals

The e i t c is an anti intuit pacast, by the way. It makes me really wary of people talking about how people change their incentives in a structure where it's so complicated like this. I just don't really believe that a bunch of people are like, i understand that if i work x amount of hours, i will get this specific tax break. And all this adds up to a massive tax on individuals is time. So should have a little bit more like, you know, weariness about the idea that these people are gingto be perfectly responding in the way we want them to.
