Is It a Pandemic in the Labour Market?

Most of the jobs that maybe are still out re to be filled at this point are ones that really can't be done remotely. But still, there's probably going to be an element of what we've dealt with over the last two years that is still going to carry through the economy for some time. I thinka driveing quite a lot of this kind of demand in those sectors. So its not clear to me how much more headrum am, there is to grow.
