John Weet Carr in the Breslin Letter
Mory Mory went into the phone book looking for the carr family, and listed was john weet carr. That would leap out at you. The use of the name in the breslin letter could be a kind of tantalizing clue that's still not specific enough to let you actually get caught. But given the penmanship differences between the brelin letter and the ones berkawitz wrote, it may not have been him writing this one at all. Also, maury terry soon got a photograph of john carr,. He concluded it did look like one of the police artist's sketches, one of a subject with dark but straight hair.
