Is the CIA in a Third Country?

This type of operation is hardly anything new. This is something that US Special Forces has been doing to various extents since the 1950s. We've done this in, there were sabotage operations launched from South Vietnam into North Vietnam with American signals and intelligence supporting it. It's a very, very similar template as to what we've seen in Russia. The CIA has been working on stuff like this for the last 75 years.
