The Evolution of Sorority Recruitment

Sorority recruitment has evolved into much more than just showing up in a cute outfit and having great conversations. These girls are preparing a year to six months in advance. On many campuses, there are as many as upwards of 2,000 girls participating in the recruitment process at these larger schools.
