Is There a Universal Layer to Transfer Your Phone Number Easily Using ECIM?

The move to ECIM just feels like it's all about control and companies wrestling for control. Apple will likely need to negotiate that handoff with the carriers if only because they will they having to force somebody to be like, when you buy an iPhone, come to the Apple store and we'll set it up for you. And then like they'll call your carrier on your behalf, probably not. They'll probably want to make it automated so that you install the move to iOS app on your Android phone and along with your ECIM profile, it moves your photos andyour SMS.
