There are inherent limits in web three design, because they lack the kind of robustness of legal wrappers that have made co operatives accountable structures. And i think we should be somewhat sceptical of replacing legal accountability for technological accountability. Block chain holds tremendous promise around a distributed power but there's a lot that we don't know about it.
