In the past decade, we've seen church membership decline in this country. Church attendance or religiosity is a barometer of somebody's fitness to serve as president. But I would argue that it was more of a post war phenomenon with Frank Roosevelt and Ronald Reagan. The demographic reality is just no supported anymore.
