Book Review - The Now Habit by Neil

The now habit by neil for the tag line on it, is a strstrategic programme for overcoming procrastination and enjoying guilt free play. I'm not sure what i expected in my head. This was going to encourage me to find ways to act on things when they show up, as opposed to storing it to work on it later. That's not what you get at all. And i feel like that is probably what i should have focussed more time on,. because i don't feel like the two go together. Maybe i'm just too dense and can't see it, but that's, that's my perspective. Ye do you know when this book was actually published,
