The Relationship Between Muscle Mass Increases and Strength Gains

strength world culture has sort of affected the way Physic-athletes view performance increases and how they conceptualize it. And if you're just an individual who wants to be jacked and strong to a healthy point, getting your squat from 400 to 500 will not necessarily reflect positively on your health. There's many examples of lifters who are hanging around pretty lean, chilling in like the 83s and their body just like wants to put on more muscle. So I do think this relationship of just kind of dismissing the relationship between muscle mass increases and strength gains in the average person doesn't necessarily apply in all those cases.
