How to Reprogram 100 Wins

Every day make a point of forcing your brain to go back into its young archives, the short term memory and think about a win that you had that day. This is training your brain and rewiring the synapses in your brain to understand that you are just as capable of doing good things and following through and winning as you are failing. I only do this practice once a week over dinner. We share three wins of one thing that we're grateful for, but I don't write them down. But I'm going to start writing them down. And you will be surprised that over time, this is going to start to rewire brain.
