i don't think anybody was expecting that somehow, you know, all the companies listed, we're going to disappear. Once it became impossible for the russian companies to actually do business as securities any more, there was no way to roll up a basket of securities and create new ones. That really comes down to the obligation of the exchanges themselves to insure that they can make orderly markets. i predicted on wees two weeks ago, that they would actually either de list or suspend the g d rs.
