PyPy and the JIT Viewer

The NumPy sprint aims to re-implement the NumPy. The numeric part, the operation on arrays and we have a very exciting project for a summer of talk that does vectorization. And then we want to integrate more of the, have a way to call more of the whole ecosystem of NumPy. So SciPy, MacProlib, all the stuff that's outside of the scope. We want to get the core of NumPy, implement in Python because those things are too low level to just call external library. And this is essentially what those goals are here.
