The State's Position on Requesting Records

Both sides made their arguments. There was no testimony taken because the complaint itself sets out the facts as well as the affidavits that are filed by both sides. So there's no actual sworn testimony in court. But we did have the argument, and now we are waiting eagerly for the judge's decision on that. And our hope is that if a favorable decision is rendered that the state will be compelled to conduct a thorough search and produce the documents that we've asked for.
